B2B Portal is a business app for wholesale trade customers. Accounts are issued by the wholesaler you already buy from — you cannot sign up inside the app. It is not a consumer shopping app, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

B2B Portal is published by YouMeSys, which also operates nCloudService, the cloud warehouse system the app connects to. The app is offered in the United States only.

1. What we collect

Your password is never stored on the device. Only the company code, company name and its server address are kept, so you do not have to type the company code again next time.

What the app handles on its own

We do not collect location, contacts, health data, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDK.

2. Camera and photos

Use	What happens
Barcode scanning	To add an item to your cart. No video is stored or transmitted — the barcode digits are read and discarded.
Check photos	The front and back of a paper check are uploaded to your wholesaler's server as proof the check was mailed.

A check photo can also be chosen from your photo library. In that case the system photo picker runs outside the app, so the app does not request photo-library permission and receives only the one photo you picked.

3. Where your data goes

The app sends data only to the wholesaler's server identified by the company code you enter. Each wholesaler has its own server, and your data is not shared with a different wholesaler.

Card numbers never pass through this app. When you pay by card or bank transfer, the details are typed into a payment sheet provided by Stripe and go straight to Stripe. We never see, handle or store them. What we receive back is only whether the payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference number.

Paying by check is a record, not a payment. The photos are proof that a check was mailed — your wholesaler applies the funds once the check arrives and clears.

4. How long it is kept

On the wholesaler's server	Kept by the wholesaler as its own trade records, under its retention policy and the record-keeping periods required by commercial and tax law.

To view, correct or delete your account data, contact the wholesaler you buy from — just as accounts cannot be created in the app, they cannot be deleted from it.

Tracking is “No” for every item. No advertising identifier is used and no data is combined with third-party data, so App Tracking Transparency does not apply.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes are announced in the app or through your wholesaler.
